しゅうごうじかん【集合時間】

the time for meeting [assembling]; the appointed time (when people are supposed to meet); the meeting time.

●集合時間に遅れてはいけません. Be sure to assemble by the appointed time, and don't be late.

・集合時間に 20 分も遅刻した. I missed the assembly time by 20 minutes.
